What does your Downsizing Assistance Service include?

Our Downsizing Assistance Service is designed for individuals and families who are preparing to move from a larger home into a smaller space or otherwise need to reduce the belongings in a home.

Restored Blessings assists in the downsizing-related work with the goal of preparing the home for an estate sale. This involves assisting the family in the purging process...organizing keep items vs selling items. Once this process is complete it can then be passed on to the estate sale service team.

Do you offer a Clean-Out Service?

Yes. As an additional service we do offer a clean-out service. Restored Blessings manages this process. This includes:

- Overseeing the clearing out of all unsold items out of the house. This may involve communication with a local charity organization

- Communication with the company that will be completing the dump run

- Managing and ensuring the cleaning crew completes the following: cleaning counter tops, outside of cabinets, floors swept, vacuumed and mopped, showers and tubs wiped down, blinds and baseboards dusted, garage dusted as best we can, ceiling fans dusted
