One of the biggest misconceptions about an estate sale is that the home must be filled with expensive treasures. This is not true. While valuable antiques, vehicles, and artwork are nice and definitely boost the sale total, it's the inexpensive items that move and multiplies quickly. We have learned not to under estimate the broken watches or jewelry, the magazines, the small figurines and decor, inexpensive video games, the whimsical and quirky treasures. All these items add up and brings a nice collection to the total as well.
